Act 10 of 2016 was signed into law on March 25, 2016 and expands the list of permitted investments for all local governments, school districts, and municipal authorities in Pennsylvania.  PLGIT has followed the legislation closely since is was first introduced in 2013 as Senate Bill 1207 and is well prepared with enhanced liquid and fixed-rate investment options tailored to fit the guidelines of the law.  The following section contains important resources to help you understand the new law, its benefits and PLGIT's enhanced investment options.  PLGIT stands ready to assist with any questions.
