John Molloy, CFA Managing Director - Overall PLGIT Programs molloyj@pfmam.com | John Molloy manages the day-to-day operations for PLGIT. In this role, Mr. Molloy oversees the administration, marketing and customer service aspects of the Trust. He works directly with the members of the Board of Trustees and its committees and has substantial responsibility for strategic planning, marketing, new product development, and client services. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of PLGIT, Mr. Molloy interacts with the PLGIT Investors and their representatives through the seven statewide local government and school associations which sponsor the Trust. Prior to assuming the senior management role for PLGIT, Mr. Molloy coordinated PLGIT's marketing efforts across the Commonwealth. |
Brian Sanker Managing Director sankerb@pfmam.com | Brian Sanker joined PFMAM in 2004 and is currently a Director in its Harrisburg office. In his current role, Brian markets the programs of PLGIT and provides investment advice to public entities primarily in the Central region of the Commonwealth. Previously, he was a portfolio trader on the PFMAM trading desk, where he worked as part of the team that manages the PLGIT portfolios. Brian currently serves as a school board member and as a member of the Joint Operating Committee of a vocational technical school. Brian graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Systems Management. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Matthew Conlin Senior Marketing Representative conlinm@pfmam.com | Matt Conlin joined PFMAM in 2013 and works in Harrisburg as a Senior Managing Consultant and PLGIT Marketing Representative. Matt is responsible for marketing PLGIT and its services to current and potential investors in Central Pennsylvania. Prior to Matt’s current role, he worked in PFMAM’s Client Services Group for over three years providing support to clients in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration. Matt previously worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of Community and Economic Development as an Analyst. Matt attended Shippensburg University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Tamara Kemmler Senior Marketing Representative kemmlert@pfmam.com | Tamara Kemmler joined PFMAM in 1998 and works in Pittsburgh. Tamara is responsible for marketing the Trust and its services to current and potential Investors and for providing customer service and relationship management in Western Pennsylvania. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Courtney Mulholland Senior Marketing Representative mulhollandc@pfmam.com | Courtney Mulholland has been with PFMAM since 1998 working in its Philadelphia office. Ms. Mulholland is responsible for marketing PLGIT’s investment options and services to municipalities and school districts in Eastern Pennsylvania.
She assists her clients with their cash management and investment needs, including developing strategies for the investment of operating funds, bond proceeds and reserve funds. Previously, she marketed PFM’s fixed-rate investment
programs to public entities in Missouri, Pennsylvania and Texas. Ms. Mulholland is a graduate of Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and concentration in Economics. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63
licenses. Ms. Mulholland currently serves as a regional Board Member for the Eastern region of the Government Finance Officers Association of Pennsylvania (GFOA). |
Paul Robinson Senior Marketing Representative robinsonp@pfmam.com | Paul M. Robinson joined PFMAM as part of the PLGIT marketing team in 2007, working in the Harrisburg office and serving the southeastern part of the state. He has been employed in both the private and municipal sectors and has served as a borough councilman. Paul has more than 20 years' experience in the Pennsylvania Act 511 industry. Previously, Paul worked for the Central Tax Bureau of Pennsylvania, most recently as Eastern Regional Director. Paul is active in his community and in the State. He previously served as a board member of the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum, Rose Tree Media School District Education Foundation, the Media Youth Center and Youth Sports Council, and the Riddle Hospital HCI Board. Paul holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Kecia Vaughn Key Account Manager - Client Services Group vaughnk@pfmam.com | Kecia Vaughn joined PFM Asset Management LLC in August 2015 as a Key Account Manager for PFMAM's Client Services Group. As a Key Account Manager for PLGIT, Ms. Vaughn’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration and to serve as a client advocate. Prior to joining PFMAM, Ms. Vaughn served 15 years as an elected city commissioner for the City of Decatur, Georgia. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. |
Lynn Wirrick Client Consultant - Client Services Group wirrickl@pfmam.com | Lynn Wirrick joined PFM Asset Management LLC in February 2017 as a Client Consultant for PFMAM’s Client Services Group. Ms. Wirrick’s primary responsibility is to serve the PLGIT investors to provide everyday functions such as onboarding new relationships, client administration and to serve as a client advocate. Prior to joining PFMAM, Ms. Wirrick was an independent agent selling accident, life and health insurance programs to individuals and businesses. Ms. Wirrick graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Anne Parker Client Services Representative - Client Services Group parkera@pfmam.com | Anne Parker joined PFMAM in November 1995 and works in the Harrisburg office. Ms. Parker is the Client Service Representative for PLGIT and provides customer service to investors and also supports the PLGIT marketing staff. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
Clayton Griffith | Clay Griffith is Operations Manager of PMFAM's Client Services Group, where he supervises all reporting, research, and processing work for PFMAM's pool clients. Mr. Griffith joined PFMAM as Assistant Director of Customer Service Operations in 1999, where his responsibilities included supervising Customer Service staff, supporting Marketing staff, resolving client inquiries, and implementing new procedures and systems. |
